  • The original document can be up to 600 words in English or 800 characters in Japanese.
    (Words or characters are counted using the function in Microsoft Word. Data in other formats is copied to Microsoft Word for the counting process.)
  • Delivery times will be set on a case-by-case basis.
  • The following pricing will be used for the full translation after the free trial.

An individual quote will be given for layout charges (if necessary), charges for PDF and HTML translation, rush jobs, and low-volume jobs.
  • This service cannot be used for analog data or image data.
  • We will choose the AI tools to be used for your translation.
  • We cannot accept requests to use a specific translation support tool.
  • We cannot accept requests to use a specific style or specific expressions, but if sample translations are provided in a specific format prior to starting your translation, we will incorporate these into the AI translation to the greatest extent possible.
  • We will follow the layout of your original document(s) when creating your translation(s), but the layout may differ in some areas.
  • We cannot offer compensation for any damages resulting from translations provided through this service.
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal.
  • As a general rule, this service is available to businesses only.
